There are two Merchandise locations onsite. One in the Arrow Meadow, and one in the Foggy Bottom Cafe by the Swan Stage.

Unless you get specific permission, your merchandise will only be sold on the date you play. Please let Jennifer Rieber know if you need an exception for some reason.
All artists are allowed to sell two merchandise items. One t-shirt plus One Hoodie equals Two items. Recorded materials are also allowed but will be counted as one of your two items. Because it is an outdoor festival, PLEASE DO NOT BRING expensive or large items such as photography that could be damaged by the elements.
We cannot accept shipments of your band merchandise in advance. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources or storage facilities to assist with this, so there are no exceptions. We recommend shipping directly to your hotel and bringing it with you on your performance day.
Since we have no storage available, merchandise needs to be settled at the end of each event day. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items if you leave them behind at the end of the day. Artists can check out whenever they wish to leave but we request a minimum of ONE HOUR NOTICE.
The is a 75/25% split on all items. HSB will receive 25% percent of all sales. Please round up to $5 dollar incremements when settling prices. San Francisco sales tax of 8.5% will be deducted from settlement.
