Credentials and Public Safety
To make sure your working BAND and CREW personnel are accounted for, please make sure to completely fill out our ARTIST ADVANCE QUESTIONNAIRE as soon as possible.
Band and Crew Credentials
Please advance your band and working crew numbers as soon as possible with Jennifer Rieber in Artist Relations. Wristbands will be issued for the date of your performance only. If you plan to attend all weekend, or are playing in multiple bands, please let us know.
Upon arrival, whether in your own vehicle or HSB ground transport, you will be asked to check in at the artist credential welcome center.
Guest Lists
Please advance your Guest List numbers as soon as possible with your Jennifer Rieber in Artist Relations. Due to the size of the festival backstage guests are kept to an absolute minimum. Preferred viewing areas (not backstage) are offered in most cases. Guest allotment is generally one per band member but please advance with your Jennifer Rieber in Artist Relations.
Safety Pledge
The safety and health of our staff, patrons and artists are of utmost importance, and we will continue to update our policies to provide a safe concert experience for everyone. As health department directives are updated, we will continue to revise our policies.
We ask that you not come to the venue if either of the following is true:
Within 5 days of your scheduled performance you have tested positive for COVID-19.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled performance you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19.
If you have continued symptoms but test negative with an antigen test please assume you are positive until you test negative with a PCR test.
