Transport / Hotels – If it is stated in your contract that we are providing any kind of transport or lodging, please contact Bonnie Simmons as soon as possible to make arrangements. She can be reached at 1-510-654-4720 or bon@hardlystrictlybluegrass.org. Please make sure to tell Bonnie if you are carrying any oversized items - DRUMS, KEYBOARDS, UPRIGHT BASS etc. or are carrying a great many items with you. Every year in San Francisco there are multiple large events the same weekend as Hardly Strictly Bluegrass so it is imperative that you contact Bonnie by August 26th at the very latest regarding any sort of transport or lodging concerns. If you are flying in and will be using our ground transport we will need full flight itineraries so that she can coordinate this.
Parking – Please note that on-site parking is extremely limited. If you plan on driving your own vehicle to the festival please indicate that on the ARTIST INFO QUESTIONAIRE. We have 1 parking pass allotted per band, let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate needing more.
